As a 22 year old commuting from Naperville to Chicago I see and hear a lot of things. This blog is so that when the traffic is awful on 290 I have a place to express that frustration, and when congress is absolutely useless, or some ass hole acts like a biggot I have a place to share that information and frustration with the world.

Choking on Its Contrived Objectivity, the Media Refuses to Take a Stand on Sanity
I find it absolutely "insane" that media outlets such as NPR and the Washington post would forbid their employees from attending Jon Stewart's rally. It is just this sort of behavior that Steward is trying to stop in its tracks. Stewart isn't a partisan icon like Beck on a partisan news network like Fox News. Jon Stewart is a comedian on comedy central who makes a living making fun of the news and is just sick and tired of all the "insane" behavior by the media.
At the very least these media outlets should allow their employees to attend as private citizens if not as representatives of their companies. Heaven forbid media outlets should be seen taking a stand against partisanship and fear mongering.
